  • 1-2 tsp dried lemon balm leaves or 5-6 fresh leaves
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional, for extra citrus flavor

Instructions
 

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Add lemon balm leaves to a teapot or cup.
